You can see a user’s status on the Team Settings page. Just click on "Settings - Team Settings" in the left side menu of the platform and you will find the column “Status”.
- ACTIVE: the team member has received the invitation to TeamEQ and has successfully registered. This user receives the TeamBeat periodically.
- PAUSED: the team member has completed the registration process but has paused her/his TeamEQ account. Paused users can navigate the platform, but they do not receive any TeamBeat until their account is reactivated.
- PENDING: the team member has received the invitation to TeamEQ but has not registered yet. By clicking on the word "Pending" you can resend the invitation.
