What does active, paused and pending mean?

If you need to check this status of any user in the platform you have to go to "Settings - Team Settings" in the left side menu of the platform.

You will find a list of all the users and the column called "Status".



  • ACTIVE: the team member has received the invitation to TeamEQ and has successfully registered. This user receives the TeamBeat periodically..
  • PUASED: the team member has completed the registration process but has paused his TeamEQ account. The reasons can be several: vacations, illness, leave of absence, etc ... Paused users can enter, navigate and interact with the platform, but they will not receive TeamBeat until they reactivate their account in the platform.
  • PENDING: the team member has received the invitation to TeamEQ but has not registered yet. By clicking on the word "Pending" you can resend the invitations.
